Senior Business Intelligence Analyst (Multiple Openings)

Hours:  Forty (40) hours per week (8:00 A.M – 12:00 P.M. and 1:00 – 5:00 P.M.)

Location: 4730 Palm Ave, Ste 213, La Mesa, CA, 91941

Salary: $156,811

Minimum Education and Experience Required: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/ Statistics/ Computer Science/ Information Technology + 60 months of experience as Business Analyst/Product Analyst/Business Intelligence Analyst. Alternatively, Master’s degree in Business Administration/ Statistics/ Computer Science/ Information Technology + 9 months of employment experience.

Foreign equivalent education OK. A suitable combination of education, experience and training ok. BS plus 5 yrs of progressively responsible experience= MS degree (*5 years include 9 months towards experience requirement). Background and other checks required.

Job Duties: Work with Manager to create PowerBI reports (Data Modelling, DAX Queries, Visualizations). Work on the schema design, data modelling, creating various calculated metrics, advanced thresholds, tuning, caching, alerts, report subscription, report bursting and report optimization. Communicate with stakeholders throughout project lifecycle. Ensure issues are analyzed and resolved. Develop exception report(s) for automatic detection of exceptions to plan and design processes to address exceptions within defined SLAs. Analyze data, make recommendations, and drive innovation. Monitor Forecast accuracy and customer service KPIs (Error, Bias and Lag Analysis). Provide deep dive analysis of red and yellow KPIs and facilitate resolution and action plans. Use tools & technologies such as Jira, MS Visio, API, SQL, RPA
