Pravat Rout, CEO and Co-Founder of Inovaare Corporation, is a visionary leader in health tech with over 30 years of experience. Since founding Inovaare in January 2011, he has focused on enhancing healthcare operations through innovative technology, maintaining high standards of patient care. Pravat previously co-founded AcesoCloud Inc., which merged with Inovaare in 2022.
Highly regarded for his vision in healthcare management and cloud computing, Pravat's relentless pursuit of innovation has positioned him as a leader in the health tech industry. His career includes roles as Chief Technology Officer at Azilon and Concio Corporation, where he leveraged technology to streamline healthcare processes.
Pravat began his career at Tata Consultancy Services as an Associate Consultant, building a strong foundation in technology. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics & Communication Engineering from BIT Mesra. She also served as Assistant Vice President of Medicare Operations for Molina Healthcare, overseeing compliance, appeals, and Medicare Star ratings.
Joya's career includes leadership roles at Dynamic Healthcare Systems, Easy Choice Plan (WellCare Health Plans), and United Healthcare/PacifiCare Health Systems. She also served as Chairman of the Board for S.I.S.T.E.R Society Inc., a nonprofit supporting at-risk girls and young women.
